TRX is a suspension system that trains the entire body by using your own body as resistance. TRX training can be combined with pilates and kettlebells to achieve a well-rounded workout. TRX Suspension Training can be individual or up to 4 participants. In combination with kettlebell can be up to 8 participants. Come try a class – you will be amazed by your results.
