TRX/Kettlebell Training

DSC00342TRX is a suspension system that trains the entire body by using your own body as resistance. TRX training can be combined with pilates and kettlebells to achieve a well-rounded workout.  Kettlebells is a Russian form of exercise using a cast iron “bell” with handles in various weights to obtain muscular strength and endurance.  Some of the benefits of TRX/kettlebell training are:
