Schedule

The following is my current schedule.  I am also available for one-on-one sessions.  I offer trainings Monday – Friday.

Monday – 5:30 p.m.          Fierce Force 1 hour 10 minutes

Wednesday -5:30 p.m.      Format varies

Friday – 5:30 p.m.               Format varies

Saturday – 8:30 a.m.           Format varies

    I am looking for a personal trainer. I read your article in She magazine and I am interested in learning more, I would have to start out slow due to health issues and limitations. I also need the extra push from one on one training. And I prefer to be in a private setting. Thanks Karen Johnson
